Phyllis was a delight to speak with on the phone when we needed to book a storage locker for our upcoming move across the country. She put our unit size on hold for us as we weren’t going to be in the area right away, and stayed on the phone until we got our confirmation email. Her friendly demeanour was so refreshing compared to lots of other companies we had inquired with earlier.

Superior facilities. Been using this service since long before it was taken over by Apple Self Storage. Good transition. Never a problem with access or getting hold of someone for help or information, and a very convenient location. Price rise this year, which of course is not the best news, but the increase seems fair. Recommended.
